Simon Novak, Director
BBSc, BArch, ANZIA
Simon has over twenty years experience in the practice of architecture. He has degrees in both Architecture and Building Science and is an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
After returning from overseas, having worked for large London and Chicago based architectural firms, he established Novak and Middleton Architects, with fellow director and sailing friend Richard Middleton.
Simon has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential projects. He enjoys producing innovative and high quality architecture, whilst providing a personal service to his clients. He is committed to achieving the best possible result and takes an active role in all aspects of each project to ensure that clients achieve an outstanding outcome. He enjoys working with enthusiastic clients who appreciate and share his passion for architecture.
As a Director, Simon maintains a vision for Novak and Middleton Architects, as a leading design based practice that provides excellence in design, construction and management of projects. He takes pleasure in working amongst a highly talented team of architects.
