Reviews

Nick + Tracy

Client - Home Owner

We short listed and interviewed four architectural firms prior to selecting the team to design our dream home. We were looking not only for technical skills but for someone who would listen and appreciate what is important to us. We wanted to have fun and from the moment we sat down with Richard and Simon we felt comfortable and confident that Novak+Middleton were right for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Novak+Middleton and we would like to thank them for their professionalism, good nature and talent. We love our new home, it works perfectly for who we are. This can only be a result of Novak+Middleton taking the time to get to know us and incorporating our thoughts and feelings into the design.

Makere + Kath

Client - Home Owner

Novak+Middleton designed and project managed our dream home. Richard Middleton guided us through the design process so we could capture all of our “must haves”. The N+M team have deep knowledge and understanding of Architecture, design, and the building process, which gave us confidence that they would do an outstanding job. The process was seamless, enjoyable and very exciting. N+M also helped us source our builders Wilson Building; who had worked with N+M before on previous projects, which made for a great partnership. We absolutely love our home and can honestly say that N+M exceeded our brief, plus it came in on cost thanks to Richards’s careful eye on the project. We would not hesitate to build again with Novak+Middleton should the opportunity present itself.
