Isola Townhouses have been designed with an attractive, contemporary style that blends with the character of the surrounding neighbourhood. The existing apartments that were on site have been sustainably reused, thoroughly renovated and are now sited to the rear of the section.

The new townhouses have good sun and privacy with open-plan living areas located on the ground level leading into private courtyards. Upper levels have comfortable bedrooms with private balconies designed to maximise individual outdoor spaces.

External cladding consists of a dark, flat pan profiled metal for both roofing and walls. A combination of light and dark stained cedar weatherboards gives each house a sense of uniqueness. Small hipped and gabled roof forms create a contemporary take on the villa whilst ensuring an appropriate and modest scale.
