Standing proudly amongst its peers in Mt Victoria it may surprise you to know that this is an entirely new house!

As the existing house needed extensive repairs to most of the building and there were many degrading alterations made to the house over the years the decision was made to demolish.

The design of the new house sought to reconstruct the villa as it was in the 1890s and so it's exterior is designed to respect its neighbourhood, with hundreds of hours of exceptional detailing in period design details and scale. The bay windows with their double hung system and corbels below the eaves are quintessential features of the villas in that era. The front door is surrounded by ornate stained glass in leadlight windows.

The interior weaves modern living and design together to create a stunning modern home. The entry lobby features an intricately detailed timber slatted baluster with brass accents. Elaborate white timber moulding, architraves and scotia surround each room, which are luxuriously decorated with wallpaper, marble, brass and timber elements.
